Terms & Conditions - Eligibility

[The external referrer [You]]

  • You the referrer must be over the age of 18;
  • You must be an existing customer of FITTS Ltd;
  • You cannot refer yourself;
  • You must not be under any legal restriction that would prohibit you from participating in this program or making an applicable referral.

 

Your referral [the Lead]

To qualify, the Lead must be:

  • Currently employed at an organisation with at least 50 employees;
  • The lead must be employed at an organisation in a territory where FITTS operate;
  • The lead must have given their consent for their personal data to be shared with FITTS.

The Lead is not eligible for the referral program and FITTS Ltd will not have any obligation to make a payment to you, if any of the following apply:

  • The Lead has or is currently working for a previous or current customer of FITTS Ltd;
  • The Lead has already been referred to us previously through the referral program.

Terms & Conditions - Payment Terms

If you are eligible to participate in the program, FITTS Ltd will pay you an external referral payment of $100 for each qualified referral lead and $500 for every lead that becomes a customer upon satisfaction of the following terms:

  • A qualified lead is an individual who responds to FITTS outreach within 2 weeks of our contact and has the authority to make or influence decisions at their organisation;
  • Individual referral rewards are capped at $300 per quarter;
  • Customer purchase rewards are capped at $1000 per quarter;
  • Payments are made as a cash payment to your chosen bank account [please note Tax liabilities are your own. FITTS Ltd accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities].
  • The referral lead agrees for you to share their contact details with FITTS Ltd;
  • Your referral lead organisation subsequently purchases services over the value of $10,000 USD within 6 months of your referral;
  • Payments, will be made within 90 days after the payment terms have been met.
  • This scheme complies with FITTS Privacy and Anti-Bribery Policies
